As you've all noticed, Facebook MafiaWars has added Job Mastery levels to all Jobs.
You need to get to Tier 3 to be able to earn the "Master" tag on a certain job.
Here is the complete list of what items and benefits you get if you master a job in Facebook MafiaWars.
Street Thug (lvls 1 - 4)
If you master all of the level 3 “Street Thug” jobs,you earn the title of “Master Street Thug”.
Special Item: Pistol Bayonet - giving you +4% damage dealt in fights
Associate (lvls 5 - 8)
If you master all of the level 3 “Associate” jobs, you earn the title of “Master Associate”.
Special Item: Bugatti - giving you -7% damage received in fights
Soldier (lvls 9 - 12)
If you master all of the level 3 “Soldier” jobs,you earn the title of “Master Soldier”.
Special Item: Golden Skull - giving you a 30 second reduction on your health regen timer.
Enforcer (lvls 13 - 17)
If you master all of the level 3 “Enforcer” jobs,you earn the title of “Master Enforcer”.
Special Item: Money Plate - giving you a 5% discount on property purchases.
Hitman (lvls 18 - 24)
If you master all of the level 3 “Hitman” jobs,you earn the title of “Master Hitman”.
Special Item: Chainsaw Bayonet - giving you a 30 second reduction on your stanima regen timer.
Capo (lvls 25 - 34)
If you master all of the level 3 “Capo” jobs,you earn the title of “Master Capo”.
Speical Item: State Senator - giving you a 5% discount on property repairs.
Consigliere (lvls 35 - 59)
If you master all of the level 3 “Consigliere” jobs,you earn the title of “Master Consigliere”.
Special Item: Helicopter - giving you a 30 second reduction on your energy regen timer.
Underboss (lvls 60 - 99)
If you master all of the level 3 “Underboss” jobs,you earn the title of “Master Underboss”.
Special Item: Private Island - giving you a 5% bonus on job experience.
Boss (lvls 100+)
If you master all of the level 3 “Boss” jobs,you earn the title of “Master Boss”.
Special Item: Golden Throne - giving you 2x the energy regenerated per regen period.
So, start mastering all those jobs to get all these benefits in Facebook MafiaWars.

This is bogus. None of the timer reductions are working - I spent all that time getting the special items for nothing.

ReplyDeleteyou have to master the previouse tire to get the title .. for example to get the "Skilled Associate" Title you need to get the "Skilled Street Thug" Title first.. and to get the "Master Associate" Title. You need to get the "Master Street Thug" Title First. and so on.

ReplyDeletein my analysis, it is better to master first the boss before the consigliere.why?because first,it will reduce the regen timer to 2mins30sec, and then reducing it to 2mins.
while if you master the consigliere first,this is what will happen.your regen timer will be 4mins30sec,and then when you master the boss,it will be reduced to 2mins15sec.

Mastering boss doesn't cut the timer in half.. it doubles the energy gained per regen period. While these seem to mean the same thing, it really makes a difference. For example, if you master boss first you get 2 energy every 5 minutes, then mastering consigliere gives you 2 per 4:30. This works out the same as 1 every 2:15 as in your consigliere-then-boss calculation.

I have a master street thug title, but the street thug job page shows that I haven't master those jobs. For example the Mastery bar shows 0% on all jobs but yet I have the Master street thug title. And the achievement "What else you got" says I only mastered 7 out of 9 jobs while I already mastered 8 out of 9 jobs! Means the the street thug job is not counted into it!! This makes me go mad sometimes!
ReplyDeleteYeah I have Master Associate title, but mastery level 3 is stuck with blank 0% bars, no Bugatti, and Zynga took my case under query, but then all of a sudden it was just gone-- i'm going to call them, considering I can't (or can I) get out of NY with this? -- I mean, get the achievement, that is.
ReplyDeleteDoes anybody else have a problem in Moscow where it shows that you have mastered the Job tier but you actually have not and therefore it does not open the next level of progress? This particular error is on "Episode 3 (Brigadir) in Moscow (chapter 1)

I have have compleated all jobe in the underboss tier on the first level mastery and it wont reset the jobs to advance to the second mastery though, thats what I mean, sorry if it was unclear.

what i did was just click on all the jobs on that tier to see which job wasn't really 100 percent done.
if it still doesn't work, just proceed to the Boss jobs/Cuba and come back right after

ReplyDeleteMy Problem is this, I dont even have the option to fight the first boss Giancarlo Morillo. My entire Street Thug Tier is different than other peoples that I have seen. I have went through every job in the first tier 3 times, what am i doing wrong? BTW I am lvl 38 and have fought the next two bosses
ReplyDeleteI am having the same Street Thug Tier problem - no Boss fight visible and the interface is completely different (as is my home page). I can't get past Level 1, even though each job says it's mastered. I think this is a bug.

ReplyDeleteI have the same problem with the Street Thug level. I am a lvl 134 player, but can't master the Street Thug level because I'm stuck at tier 1 with big buttons and no boss. I asked Zynga and they gave the default answer: other browser, flash, reinstall app, etc. Which sucks.

ReplyDeleteOn my account, different computers, different browsers, I got the "big buttons, no boss fight", while a friend of mine gets the correct page on those same computers.
They should fix it instead of giving solutions that don't have anything to do with the problem.

well i have the same problem and i have mastered the rest of the new york jobs...it pisses me off because once you have mastered all the nine new york jobs every 2:50 minutes it gives you 2 energy instead of one...please someone help me resolve this problem i am going nuts!!!

ReplyDeleteI've mastered level 1 in the Boss job tier (and all the previous 3 levels on everything else), but I can't get to open level 2 and 3 to be able to master all New York job tiers. What can I do? I'm already on level 232. Is this a bug or is there something I'm not doing right? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI had the same problem as acabria above. I just clicked on the first Boss job and suddenly it showed all the jobs at 0% complete for level 2. Hope that helps.
